Team Alignment
The team alignment package provides more extensive trainings and group discussions to help teams connect and trust each other by identifying incompatible values and altering them for new ones. Aligning values help team members trust each other and encourage faster adoption of projects.
When you go through this process, you can expect team members to have:
Increased ability to summarize and provide feedback as well as learn how to listen and analyze critical information
Better Alignment of Team Values – Even if cultural values are different, then they’re identified and explained, while previous ones are altered to ensure at least their values aren’t incompatible
Less resistance and faster adoption of projects from higher cultural intelligence and better cross-cultural communication skills
What’s included?
Provides all the services from the Cultural Intelligence Development package, but it also includes:
An additional training to help participants understand how to implement basic intercultural communication skills and create or adjust team values.
A customized one half-day virtual training sessions for each of the teams (one for the US and one for Taiwan for a total of two trainings) along with
Two months of Executive Coaching calls (maximum four one-hour virtual calls) to provide step by step guidance along the way.
