With the Team Growth process, you will:

• Pinpoint communication lapses exactly and quickly.

• Address operational inefficiency fast by working side-by-side with engineers from one of the countries and virtually with the other.

• Help team members target their communication weaknesses by helping them clarify, question, paraphrase and summarize for more effectiveness

How does this work?

Team Growth includes everything from previous packages, but I will…

• Assess communication challenges on-site, in real time. The site visit will be two or three full days to complete an assessment while connecting with other team virtually during the same time.

• After the visit, three or four virtual trainings (two for the US, and two for Taiwan)

• Two months of Executive Coaching calls (maximum three calls per month, one-hour virtual calls) for a total of six calls. These calls serve to provide step-by-step guidance along the way.
