Assess communication challenges on-site, in real time. The site visit will be two or three full days to complete an assessment while connecting with other team virtually during the same time.
After the visit, three or four virtual trainings (two for the US, and two for Taiwan)
Two months of Executive Coaching calls (maximum three calls per month, one-hour virtual calls) for a total of six calls. These calls serve to provide step-by-step guidance along the way.
